Led the research, design and implementation of a new evaluator certification assessment for administrators statewide who complete classroom observations as part of the Delaware Performance Appraisal System (DPAS II). In order to ensure that all students have a great teacher, the new credentialing process included authentic assessment opportunities designed to support high-quality teacher development.
