Summary
Hendy facilitated the design and pilot of a new model for teacher development and recognition that utilized the schools’ existing instructional and professional competencies. Hendy led the design of evaluation frameworks and differentiated compensation models for managers of teachers, operations leaders, and additional non-instructional school-based staff.

2023 - 2024
Summary
Hendy supported DREAM to design and implement their original teacher career pathway model. A decade later, DREAM returned to Hendy to engage in a process of reviewing current context, gathering and considering stakeholder feedback, providing options and supporting decision-making to update the system to meet DREAM’s goals within the current realities.
Outcome
DREAM identified strengths and challenges of the original system and made changes to the model responsive to the current needs of the organization and its educators.
