Rubric Training Materials + Train-the-Trainer:
Equip your team to effectively utilize the Instructional Excellence Rubric with our comprehensive training materials. These resources empower your leaders to deliver engaging and informative sessions for both school leaders and teachers.
Sessions will include calibration activities to ensure leaders are normed on using the rubric to observe and assess instruction. You receive all training materials (slides, facilitator guides, videos, and handouts) for 5 (2-hour) sessions for school leaders, and 1 (1 hour) introductory session for teachers. Hendy can also support you with 6 (virtual) train-the-trainer sessions to prepare your facilitators to lead these trainings.
Cost:
$25,000 for all six training material packages;
$5,000 additional for 6 virtual train-the-trainer sessions.

Rubric Training Facilitation:
Do you want us to lead the trainings directly? Our expert facilitators can lead engaging and effective training sessions for your school leaders and teachers, ensuring deep understanding and effective application of the rubric. We will facilitate 5 school leader sessions and 1 teacher session using Hendy’s materials (or we can train your facilitators to lead the teacher session).

Readiness Assessment and Recommendations:
Before implementing the rubric, assess your current state and identify key steps for success. Our readiness assessment includes the facilitation of a decision-making committee with senior leaders from your system, a site visit to collect data, and a written report to outline recommendations and strategies for moving forward.
