Summary
Hendy completed an impact analysis of evaluation and compensation strategy through policy review, interviews and surveys of key stakeholders, and comprehensive field research. Hendy then created recommendations for improved talent structures and provided direct advisory support to the Aspire team lead throughout the change management process.
Outcome
Aspire launched of a multi-year strategy for revisions to evaluation, development and compensation policies across all four regions.
