Provided coaching and partnership support for the Director of Recruitment to develop a strategy for managing her team through staffing realignment. This included the creation of a Recruitment and Hiring Strategic Plan. Provided coaching and support to the CEO.
Outcome
- Director of Recruitment was promoted to Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Compensation
- Talent Acquisition team continued to recruit and select high quality teachers and staff for DPPS schools
