Summary
Serve as a trusted partner in supporting a broad range of talent initiatives and challenges over several years. Facilitated the creation, introduction and execution of a network-wide staffing strategy to revamp the sourcing, screening and selection of teachers and leaders across the network. Developed a customized solution for teacher compensation accounting for the network’s unique model and needs. Supported school leaders to identify school-based diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities, to create a goal-based implementation plan, and to invest staff in the plans toward becoming anti-racist schools. Advised on strategy to implement a $4.3M federal TSL grant to enhance a career pathway for teachers. Conducted research and presented a report on employee sentiment. Providing coaching for senior network leaders in academics and talent.

Outcome
Full staffing with high-quality educators. Designed, modeled and implemented organization-wide teacher compensation strategy.
Instituted a transparent, sustainable and competitive salary scale for current and prospective teachers.
Launched HP SURGE: Hebrew Public Supporting, Rewarding, and Growing Educators.
Board members and network leaders made strategic, network-level decisions based on staff input.

Supporting network and school based staff to enhance math, ELA and special education outcomes through leadership coaching, professional development, instructional strategy and curriculum implementation support. Facilitating training on the Hendy Instructional Excellence rubric with Hebrew Public instructional coaches.
