Talent Strategy
Serve as a trusted partner in supporting a broad range of talent initiatives and challenges over several years. Facilitated the creation, introduction and execution of a network-wide staffing strategy to revamp the sourcing, screening and selection of teachers and leaders across the network. Developed a customized solution for teacher compensation accounting for the network’s unique model and needs. Supported school leaders to identify school-based diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities, to create a goal-based implementation plan, and to invest staff in the plans toward becoming anti-racist schools. Advised on strategy to implement a $4.3M federal TSL grant to enhance a career pathway for teachers. Conducted research and presented a report on employee sentiment. Providing coaching for senior network leaders in academics and talent.
