Partnered with PAVE to develop a new teacher observation rubric. Supported PAVE to design and successfully implement development and evaluation systems for teachers, school leaders, and non-instructional staff members. Provided support with coaching and teacher development using the new tools, as well as messaging and change management to the PAVE community. Supporting PAVE leaders with compensation design.
