Summary
Hendy is currently facilitating the second year of the Enterprise Leadership in CTE cohort in partnership with SPN. Twelve CTE systems leaders from across New York state are participating in a 6-session professional development experience. Topics include:

  • A Strategic Leader Mindset
  • Building Leadership Capacity
  • High Impact Observations
  • Using Data to Improve Instruction and Achievement
  • Coaching New and Struggling Teachers
  • Taking Care of Yourself

Outcomes
2024-25 cohort participant feedback included:

  • "I feel that the training has been very informative and beneficial - especially meeting colleagues from other sites in comparable roles."

2021 - 2024

Summary
Hendy facilitated training for Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers and school leaders from across New York State. Course topics included classroom management, engagement strategies, gathering data, differentiation, and teacher retention. Sessions were offered virtually and in person for teachers and leaders.

Outcome
100% of participants all strongly agreed that the sessions supported their professional growth.
