Teacher & Leader Development
Facilitating training for New York State Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers and school leaders including courses on classroom management, engagement strategies, gathering data, differentiation, and teacher retention. Leading a learning cohort for CTE administrators focused on leadership and instructional practice.
Outcome
Facilitated more than virtual and in-person professional development sessions for teachers, school leaders, and CTE administrators. 100% of participants all strongly agreed that the sessions supported their professional growth. One leader cohort participant shared: “The topics that have been covered have been very relevant to areas that are always a work in progress in terms of building my capacity as a leader. The readings and discussions have been excellent, and I feel I go away each session with new learning.
